Growing up in Maine, I spent a lot of time in the Old Town canoe with my dad and brothers. My Love for the arts and the outdoors started when I was quite young. As a child, if I was not outside, I would be inside doing something creative with my hands. That is still the case today. The coast of Maine is home, but I have spent time living in some pretty cool places like Jackson Hole and the White Mountains. Some of my favorite types of adventures are sea kayaking out to islands, climbing anything that rises above the tree line, and shredding steep slopes.

To me, the most inspiring landscapes are cold, rugged coastlines. There is something about the stories they hold that I long to know and tell. The boom and roar of waves mixed with the tangy scent of salty pines nourishes my soul and stimulates my creativity. As much as I love the grandeur of the mountains, the cold, rugged coastlines will always be what inspires me the most.

When I am taking photos, my goal is to capture the mood and atmosphere of the moment just as it is. I believe there is beauty to be captured in all seasons and weather conditions. I want to inspire the viewer to get outside and see the beautiful world we live in. My work focuses on capturing the grandeur and beauty of people enjoying the world we live in.
